How to Become an ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator

ADC KRONE TrueNet System Warranties can only be issued by TrueNet^® Integrator business, not individuals.

An ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator is a company or entity that has agreed to the conditions of the ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator Agreement. The Agreement is a legally binding contract between the companies and as such should not be entered into without first ensuring all terms and conditions are understood and accepted by the applicant.

The ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator Agreement is State or Territory specific, that is, the terms and conditions are applicable only in the State or Territory in whichthe TrueNet Integrator operates from their own registered offices. If the TrueNet Integrator has registered offices in more than one State or Territory of Australia then the TrueNet Integrator must formally apply to become a ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator in each State or Territory separately. While being an existing ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator in one location adds weight to the application, it is not automatically accepted for another State of Territory

To become recognised as an ADC KRONE TrueNet Integrator, it is required that your organisation demonstrate a pre-determined level of competency in commercial and technical practices.

Commercial Competency is assessed through the application process and discussions with the ADC KRONE Regional Manager regarding eligibility requirements which include:

• Must have a good reputation in the marketplace and be acceptable to ADC KRONE Distributors by demonstrating a good credit rating.
• Must show good allegiance to ADC KRONE and work closely with ADC KRONE Staff to ensure joint business development.

Technical Competency is assessed by demonstrating that the applying company has:

• All their cabling employees on ADC KRONE sites meet the Open Registration under the Cabling Provider Rules and are registered with one of the Registrars.
• At least 50% cabling employees on ADC KRONE sites with ADC KRONE Master Installer Competency Certificates and be deemed to be suitably qualified and experienced in premises cabling.
• Designing and estimating employees with ADC KRONE Master Designer Competency Certificates.
