TrueNet Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. TrueNet Rewards year end on the 31st October each year.
2. Final date for processing invoices/distributor reports is 2nd Friday in November.
3. All member redemptions to be received by 4th Friday in November – any points not claimed will be forfeited.
4. Invoices must be faxed to TrueNet Rewards within 60 days of the date of issue.
5. A receipt is defined as an official invoice from an authorised ADC KRONE Distributor, Only invoices from these authorised Distributors will be accepted.
6. Receipt of a duly stamped valid proof of purchase invoice indicates the understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
7. TrueNet Rewards points will be allocated to receipts that post-date the letter acknowledging registration.
8. A minimum of 10,000 points can be used at a time when redeeming points for product or training.
9. Invoices entered will not include the GST component.
10. Each receipt must be stamped with the TrueNet Rewards Members Stamp.
11. TrueNet Rewards points may not be transferred from one member to another.
12. Membership is restricted to one per Company.
13. Receipts that are subsequently cancelled and credited will result in forfeiture of total points awarded for that purchase. Any credits must be declared to ADC KRONE as soon as possible. ADC KRONE reserves the right to take any necessary legal action against the party if credits are not declared.
14. No handwritten or alterations to receipt will be accepted.
15. All receipts must show the ADC KRONE Part Number, Quantity, Extended Line Value, Installers Company Name & Distributor Branch and should indicate if inclusive of GST.
16. ADC KRONE does undertake random receipt validation with authorised Distributors.
17. Information contained on all receipts submitted to ADC KRONE will remain confidential between ADC KRONE, the Member and the issuing Distributor.
18. ADC KRONE will provide regular updates of points accrued. If points for receipts submitted do not appear on a statement, ADC KRONE must be advised within 14 days of statement.
19. Points awarded in the TrueNet Rewards program are only redeemable for products or training detailed in the TrueNet catalogue/website and have no commercial value.
20. If members find any discrepancy in the total of their accumulated points as issued in their monthly statement, this can be amended by providing TrueNet Rewards with appropriate documented proof (invoices,redemption requests etc), otherwise, ADC KRONE‘s decision will be final.
21. In compiling the information used in our scheme, ADC KRONE has us edits best endeavours to ensure that the information is correct and current at time of publication, but ADC KRONE takes no responsibility for any error therein. ADC KRONE shall NOT be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or reliance placed on, any information provided by it.
22. ADC KRONE reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions, or terminate the program at any time.
